Drew Fong Rodriguez, a Central Islip High School senior, was named a Division 1 Scholar Athlete by the National Football Foundation Suffolk County Chapter for his excellence on the field and in the classroom this year.

Families lined up outside Alfano Elementary School ahead of Wednesday evening’s Multicultural Night, eagerly anticipating an exciting event. The program featured a variety of performances from students, parents and faculty members throughout the Central Islip School District.
